A new kind of
transit destination.
Built around the daily rhythm of millions of commuters — Terminal One brings retail, work and stay together at one of India's busiest interchange hubs.
We didn't set out to build a mall.We set out to build a destination.
Anand Vihar is one of India's busiest interchange hubs. RRTS, metro, ISBT and the railway terminal converge here, moving lakhs of people every single day. And yet for years, the experience of being a traveller here was anything but premium.
Terminal One is our answer — a single, integrated commercial destination where the journey is a part of the experience, not a delay to it. A place where breakfast meets a board meeting, an hour's sleep meets a full night's rest, and footfall translates to real commercial value.
Three carefully drawn brand verticals make this work in practice — Urban Bay for food, retail and lifestyle; Altura Workspaces for the day's work; and Nesto Stay for the night's rest. Together, they make Terminal One.
Four design principles behind Terminal One.
Connected by design
Built into the fabric of the Anand Vihar transit interchange. Walkable from the platform; bookable from the city.
Mixed-use, not mixed-up
Three brand verticals with their own identity, footprint and operations — sharing infrastructure, not character.
Built for footfall
Engineered around 3 lakh+ daily commuters — with circulation, signage and floor plates tuned for real movement.
Operationally serious
24×7 facilities, security, concierge, and a single property management team across all three verticals.
From vision to a working transit destination.
